Vipers end season finale with Wins!

The Antigonish Vipers Football program ended their season on a high note as both the Peewee Vipers and Bantam Vipers win their final games.

The Peewee Vipers took an early lead with the speedy Shomari Matthew scoring a long TD run. He was the Offensive MVP of the game. On the defensive side of the ball, it was Nathan Fraser who was making tackles all over the field. He was the Defensive MVP of the game. Peewee Vipers win 28-14.

The Bantam Vipers game was a nailbiter from start to finish. It was Declan Cormack who scored the game winning TD to seal the win. He was the Offensive MVP of the game. On the defensive side of the ball, it was Thomas Chisholm who led the way with 12 tackles that didn't allow Cape Breton to score. He was the Defensive MVP of the game.

The Peewee Vipers finish the season with 2 wins and 6 losses.

The Bantam Vipers finish the season with 1 win and 7 losses.

The Vipers will settle with that as success in their first season in the league and they hope to build upon their success for next season and beyond.
